Real Player Developer

The first day I started working at real player project, the overall impression was good. I had my own office apart from the other developers and all the comfort the world could provide. In short I was happy. Needless to say my former boss was wary unhappy that I left and tried to do all that was in his power to make me stay. He wanted to double my current salary and started talking of all kinds of new project I was bound to do after the end of the fiscal year. He was ready to do everything to make me stay, and I then realized I had him in the palm of my hand. But still that wasn’t enough because I was given a chance to work in a major software company where my work was truly appreciated. So I said no, and marched out like I own the place. I think I will never forget the smile I had that day and how long it stuck on me. But no point on dwelling on the past I thought to my self, its time to go and make new carrier victories. When I arrived at my new job I was greeted as a king. The head of the development department and all of the senior developers were there to greet me. I remember thinking to my self that this is how a new employ was ought to be greeted. I felt at home in just a matter of minutes. They gave me a nice office and a tour of the building. They even introduced me to all of the important people in the compound. After the formal part was over my new boss told me that had a deadline of three months to make the new and improved version of the real player. That was a long time having in mind that I will not be working from scratch and I had a whole team of developers to support me in my project. So I could relax and try to maximize my creativity. So I did and spent almost two weeks thinking of improvements I could make to the player. I come up with a brilliant idea, you see I decided to incorporate an option that after you heat or watch the media content you desired, you could use the you tube service to find similar media, if you had access to the internet of course. I even used a programming module that remembers all the files you opened and than filters the results. My boss loved the idea. After a month and a half the product was complete and was ready for sale. I must say the designers made it to look as it came from the future and the preliminary estimates were good. Only thing now was to wait and see how it goes on the market. I had my fingers crossed since my new ideas could be my signature move. Finally the sale results were out. It was the number one player on the market. Real player was back on the throne and it was all my doing. I felt proud like a father who’s soon just became a neurosurgeon.
