Working as a marketing consultant in real player media sector is hard and unforgiving job. You see the times are harsh and unforgiving and every decision can cost you your position on the market. You see in the marketing business there are a lot of factors that you must take into consideration. For starters you must always be aware of the current economical state of the country because the customers vary from different economical classes and your goal being to sell as much product as you can, you must make it available to all. Then the technological advancements are very important because they can make your product obsolete in a heartbeat. And of course there are lots of factors that wary from day to day and situation to situation. And in the software business the job is even harder. You see aside from the major companies’ products everyday there are a lot of new players that are work of dedicated young developers who are trying to make a name for them. So I basically work from dusk till down, and always on the alert watching and monitoring new software to ensure that my product is the best that money can buy. When I first started working at real player I was confronted with a product that obviously had quality but recently was heading a path of utter disaster. You see the main problem is that real player is becoming obsolete cause of the new trend in technology. The new touch screen mobile phones are mostly apples I phones and they all use quick time player. All other smart phones are installed with an operational system that enables them to choose their own media player. This is very important because the best contract were supporting the mobile phones back in the day when the smart phone was the hot shot in the technological world. Now those days are gone. But still I have a job to do and I will not stop until I do it. The name Real player will once again be at the top of the best selling lists. I started a new campaign that as a result should have a big sale increase and I just hoped that it will work. I was planning to use real player in television shows as a main means of playing media content and hoped that the general public will catch up and that more and more companies will use it during their presentations. We even started negotiating with scype that real player is used in reproduction of video material when conversing via this program. It was an aggressive campaign I admit, but it kept our bases covered and it could provide a much needed popularity increase. The reason for this campaign was that all the surveys said that most young customers are using products that they seen their friends using. This mass psychology technique was something that could work and if we just gave real player some more shine the result couldn’t elude us. Only time will tell.
