Ingredients
- 170 g of oat flakes
- 30 g of oat flour or millet flour
- 2 eggs
- 100 g of clarified butter
- 100 g of raisins
- 100 g of erythritol

- Dried cranberries

Serving: Cookies are best left to cool until the next day after baking. Then they become brittle and do not break with every touch.
We start work by turning on the oven and setting it to 180 degrees Celsius. Next, when preparing dietary oatmeal cookies, melt the butter in a pan or pot and leave it to cool.
While the butter cools down, put the whole eggs in a bowl and combine them with the erythritol. It is enough to use a fork for this purpose, with which we mix the mass until the ingredients combine well.
Slowly add the previously melted butter to the mixed mass, pouring it with a small stream, stirring the contents until it reaches a homogeneous structure with a cream density.
Then gradually add the flour to the bowl so that the mass blends well. And then oatmeal. At this point, the mass will be so dense that we can knead it with our hands. It should be kneaded until all the ingredients combine well,
Although our recipe says cookies with raisins, a similar recipe can be used to bake fit oatmeal cookies or fit oatmeal cookies. The type of additives used depends on the cook’s preferences.
When the dough is completed with all the ingredients, use a spoon to form small balls, put them on the baking tray, slightly flattening them, giving them the shape of a biscuit.
After placing them in the oven without the hot air circulation on, but with both: the upper and lower heaters, bake them for 10 minutes, and then turn off the bottom heater, leaving the cookies in the oven for 5 minutes to brown them nicely.
Put the baked goods to cool. For consumption, it is best to serve them the next day after baking because freshly removed from the oven, they are delicate and like to fall apart from the hands, and when cooled, they become crunchy.
